  • Burst

Have had the pleasure to see two different readings of this piece and each time I've heard it, I've left the theatre thinking about the story, characters and themes of the play. Burst shines a brutal but hilarious light on the antics that many are drawn to in late stage capitalism, especially in Silicon Valley. Bublitz explores gender, environmentalism, and entrepreneurship in a fresh and energizing way. And the characters are just delicious.
  • Twenty-Two (Dragging Angels as They Go)
    30 May. 2022
This is a brutal and gorgeous exploration of the effects of war on the human spirit. Was lucky enough to see a reading of this piece at Relative Theatrics and it brought about a lively discussion after the piece was over. It explores the huge mental health crisis that our vets are experiencing but with grace, humanity and even some humor and hope. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a small cast, high impact and beautiful piece for your audiences.
  • The Jumping Off Place

This is a beautiful play about art, relationships, children and mental health. The use of Hopper's painting is highly theatrical and adds to the storytelling in rich ways. This is a great piece for strong female actors and it tackles themes that are important and timely. I've had the benefit of hearing parts of this piece read aloud and it's even stronger in the hands of talented actors.
  • How Coyote And Rabbit Almost Became One (Again)
    16 May. 2022
This is a beautiful game of cat and mouse between the Native American trickster archetypes of Rabbit and Coyote. Gentes keeps suspense building throughout and weaves in creative folklore effortlessly. This is a great ten minute two-hander for colleges, community theaters and professional festivals. If you're looking for something to sink your teeth into that is also fun and eloquent, check this piece out.

This is a powerful and moving piece about PTSD and the struggles that our veterans continue to experience abroad and when they return to the US. I've had the benefit of hearing it read aloud by actors and can only say that the emotional punch this play packs will leave you thinking and feeling for some time after. Would be a powerful regional theater piece and a great two hander for smaller theaters, as well.
  • Not So Famous Seamus
    16 May. 2022
This play is hysterical! It's a spoof/satire that paints in broad strokes and will have you laughing out loud in moments. I've had the benefit of hearing this read out loud and it's even better in the hands of live actors. If you're looking for something fun and different, check this script out. Would be good for colleges and organizations that have the benefit of large casts.
  • Vesper (a monologue)

A moving, poignant monologue that describes the hope and despair of the dating cycle for gay men. Would be a great audition piece or part of a larger evening of monologues. Beautiful and evocative language.
