Peter Turner’s produced scripts include "The Dillsboro Pickle Queen of 1955", "My Brother’s Funeral", "Christmas Break", and "Sniper". "Pickle Queen" was recognized as a Finalist in Mockingbird Public Theatre’s NeST Fest and Barter Theatre’s Appalachian Plays & Playwrights Festival, and received a production at A.R.T. Station. Unproduced scripts include "Bags of Skin", which recently won the North Carolina New Play Project and "Greyfriars Bobby Wags His Tail", a theatre for youth play for middle grades.
