  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Back to School

Wow! This horror satire starts out hilarious in its ridiculous setting of continuing school through a zombie apocalypse, only to turn into a love letter to all the teachers that suffered for their students during the pandemic. Though, this isn't outright said, this is exactly what I saw. Funny, but so real world relatable line: "You trust me not to bite kids…but not how to teach them?" School administrators need to see this play performed at an in-service and then have a serious discussion after! Brilliant play!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Sunset Train - 10 Minute Play

This atmospheric play is really a wonderful surprise. A beautiful, inevitable end that The Kid, nor the audience will see coming. This will have audiences talking long after the lights come back up.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Terms and Conditions

This is hilarious! And yet, a little disconcerting...I better read a little closer before ticking those "I agree" boxes, I guess. Sam is a delightful demon character. Another fun character many actors would love to play created by Soucy!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: My Hired Hand

This is so sweet and a wonderful way to empower a child! A disability turned into a super power!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Name a Cockroach, Get Your Revenge

Some people are more cockroach than human. This is a great take on a fun anti-Valentine’s Day promo by the local zoos. A metaphorical move of vengeance becomes real!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Treasure (a one-minute play)

Healing from the loss of a pet is such a journey. The things you find that make you feel better, the things you find that make you break down...it's a new surprise every day. This is absolutely a treasure of a play. Love and tufts of fur to the fur babies here and waiting for us beyond.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: #VANLIFE

Hashtag so relatable! We know exactly who Cody and Sarah are and we know exactly what they need in one quick minute! Hilarious, yet infuriating at the same time.

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Words of Royals

Reminiscent of open scenes from acting class, this writing exercise shows how words can change meaning depending on who is saying them and who they are saying them to. "Cheese." Just hilarious. What a clever way to tackle this challenge and really create a world in 30 words!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Cara and Ciara (A Scene)

An adorable moment of vulnerability between two co-workers? Friends? Something more? This can be an open scene, players have many options on how to play this scene and that makes it very fun!

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: Heartburn

Prillaman takes an already stressful situation under normal circumstances and dials it up to 11. Each line raises the tension and the blood pressure of both characters AND audience. This is a play that will stick with you until your own "end of play," whenever that may be. So freaky.
