  • Vivian Lermond: Standoff At Hwy#37

An important work that speaks with historical accuracy. As someone who travels HWY 37 through the Mohawk Akwesasne Reservation enroute to my turn off to Quebec, I am aware of some contentious times several decades back. Native voices need a more larger audience in the US and this play definitely deserves production.

  • Vivian Lermond: WORK HUSBAND

Where Covid-19 has taken its stressful toll on all of us, Latham delivers some comic relief in this fun, quirky play that gives us a look at life on the inside. A great little play for the times!

  • Vivian Lermond: THE DAYS OF PEANUT BUTTER AND HONEY SANDWICHES

A tasty treat of a monologue! Sheaff delivers a believable character and storyline - a young artist trying to make it in NYC - and she does so with a sure hand. Wonderful performance piece for a young woman!

  • Vivian Lermond: Hitch

HITCH is a remarkable two-hander that explores every nuance of the human spirit, taking us on a high tension ride through our fears to a place of hope and connectivity. Brilliant!

  • Vivian Lermond: Unforgivable

A good play gives us a set-up that hooks us. A better play delivers the unexpected. UNFORGIVABLE is a tiny play that manages to do both in 60 seconds.

  • Vivian Lermond: Many Happier Returns

To paraphrase - it is a wise mother who knows her own daughter. MANY HAPPIER RETURNS is a well-plotted mother/daughter two-hander, where the mom proves she is one wizard of a woman with a high level of skill at finessing a conversation with great result. A clever comedy injected with conflict that leaves us wondering what version of mom Izzy's truth - is truth. Fabulous!

A nice capture of the Capricornian spirit and a monologue that would be great fun to perform! Enjoyed it!
