Jack Ciapciak is a New York-based writer originally from St. Louis, Missouri. Jack graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied Acting and Playwriting. His thesis play, NAMING THE DOG won the 2017 Goldberg Prize for Best Play and was the inaugural selection for the Tennessee Williams Festival St Louis's New Play Initiative. Jack is currently a Story Editor for CBS's Blue Bloods....

  • Naming The Dog
    Naming the Dog tells the story of a white millennial "couple" living 30 minutes away from Ferguson in the days after Michael Brown's death. While Ferguson is burning, they struggle with the biggest issue in their life, naming their new dog.
