I saw the KDC Theatre Zoom version of this play recently and thought it was terrific. It's a clever concept, writing the play in the verse style of "The Raven," and Klass handles it deftly. But there's more than just cleverness--this piece has strong emotional resonance that sneaks up on you. I'll be a fan evermore!

What's worse--dumping friends or being dumped by them? Mabey imagines a third scenario that may be even worse but provides plenty of humor. He exploits the awkwardness of virtual meeting platforms to build to a hilarious ending. Well-played!
  • ALICE IN THERAPY (from the TAPAS COLLECTION)

For Alice, falling down a rabbit hole is nothing compared to undergoing analysis from Sigmund Freud. Lermond provides great fun with Freud's interpretation of Alice's adventures, and Alice's response to Dr. Freud is hilarious. No Jabberwocky from Lermond in this piece!
