I had the immense honor of reading the role of Eli for the Big Muddy Festival reading of this script. Logan is skilled at writing dialog that takes into account age and culture distinctions in voices and at infusing humor and heart into tense situations. Since performing this piece, I've never been able to look at lawn gnomes the same way. Mac and Lora's relationship is precious. It's refreshing to see a relationship that is growing through healthy discussion. I recommend this play for anyone who wants to cover contemporary issues while keeping the light-hearted vibe audiences crave.

Wow! Equal parts chilling and hilarious. Alex Lin's dialog is so real and directions so witty that I couldn't put this play down. "some kids defenestrate themselves and run for the hills" might be the best stage direction I've read in my life. The gore and atmosphere in this play would be an exciting challenge for any designer or director, and the pacing is AMAZING for acting work. I truly hope I get to see "beth" staged some day.

Kelly has written a sweet play that explores a second home and reminds the audience that excitement comes in many forms. "Ol' Jack" captures well the fears many hold about generational differences and the insufficient cannon we use to define success.

These characters are so loveable and perfect for two actors with solid chemistry. The script is clever. It takes a few surprising turns, and a couple lines actually made me laugh out loud. The suggested blocking has immense comedic potential. I would highly recommend this play for any college directing or acting students.

Cute and short dark comedy about priorities and the frivolity of team rivalry. WPS.
