The summer of 2018 also saw the opening of his critical and box office smash SHERLOCK HOLMES & THE CURSE OF MORIARTY - A penny dreadful reimagining. 2021 saw a similar response for his latest play The Shadow In The Water... A remount is in the works for February 2022.
After two Canadian productions, his cold war drama GOOD NIGHT UNCLE JOE was translated into Polish, subsequently receiving two staged readings productions in Poland... This play also had a further (English) staged reading in Toronto in October 2018... Post Covid this will have productions in the UK and Sweden.
David was a long time originator board member of PGC’s CANADIAN PLAYS IN CANADIAN COMMUNITIES 150th initiative. He has also originated & co-organised two seasons of THE JAZZ P@GE (a series of intimate evenings designed to showcase the works of lower island playwrights) - He is currently a member of Theatre Inconnu, and served on the board of Langham Court Theatre.
In the spring of 2017 he wrote & performed in Vancouver a piece about his long-term disability experience with rheumatoid arthritis at CAN YOU SEE US?
