Emily Worrell (she/her) is a playwright based in Indianapolis. She graduated from Ball State University in 2022 with a BFA in Acting and a Minor in New Works for the Stage. Her 10 minute play "A Bite to Eat" premiered last October at Fonseca Theatre Company's Boo-La-La festival. Her 10 minute play “I Don’t Call 911” debuted at the IndyFringe 10 Minute Play Festival, and was a finalist at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival where it received a reading. Her full-length play “The Sellouts” also received a reading at Ball State. Emily currently works at the Indy Arts Council as an Administrative Coordinator.
