  • This is great! Sums up the entire creepypasta genre in about a minute. Well written!

  • A truly beautiful play. There’s so much here and it’s so skillfully written. So glad I stumbled upon this one. This play has the uncanny ability to zoom out the camera and give us a bird’s eye view of Laiba through the lens of Orson Scott Card’s super gay novel. Can’t wait to read Salwa Meghjee’s other plays!

  • YES! A wonderful short monologue addressing the future trauma of the choice we recently made. A dissection of a wish. Well thought and well written.

  • A very gentle and fun little sci-fi piece that speaks to the power of representation on an even grander scale. In only a few pages, Mr. Lawing captures a warmth between his characters that is sometimes difficult for writers to obtain, even in full-length plays.

  • “Does your sanity feel at all unstable?”
A brilliantly funny play. It takes the madness of Lovecraft and adds even more comedic madness. Well paced and written, the characters are endearing in their insanity. A very very fun piece. Loved it!

  • Evan Spreen: The Dread Halls

Following the forbidden theatrical tradition of "The King in Yellow," Bolduc plunges his characters into madness lurking within the labyrinthian depths below. A well-conceived narrative and strong pacing drive this piece all the way to Carcosa and back. Would love to hear this as a radio drama.

  • Evan Spreen: Clip Clop

This was great. Excellent pacing and super inventive. With the Foley and lighting moments this would be super engaging on stage. Perfect horror short!

  • Evan Spreen: The Lady or The Tiger?

A biting and self-aware spin on a classic! Great pacing and timing all the way through! Also informs you on the easiest way to acquire a tiger.

  • Evan Spreen: The Berenstain Bearadox

I love the title so much. This is a fantastic little piece that is asking big existential questions!

  • Evan Spreen: To The Moon!

Oh, just brilliant! This 10 minute captures more than should be possible with the format. Simple subtext, clear intention, and a perfectly executed ending. We’ve all told little white lies only to end up with our proverbial pants around our ankles with no clue of how to get out of an awkward situation and this play captures that intrinsic feeling in such an effortless and elegant manner.
