Robert Mattson writes comedies that show that good things can happen even in the hardest times. He's written 60 plays ranging from the 1-minute comedy "Waiting for the Line" where a couple waits for the results of a pregnancy test, a slew of 10-minute plays covering everything from moving to the suburbs to the importance of affecting people with the power of music. He's won awards at festivals and competitions and has his work performed in 34 states in the US and in countries around the world.     A group of four candidates is waiting for word of their job placements. The trouble is that in this long-established organization all the good jobs are taken and they will just have to accept what they get. As assignments are handed out they realize that there's a positive side to everything, even being one of the most recent Greek gods in the modern world.
