Currently living in a Midwest cornfield, Kelly McBurnette-Andronicos is a rural American playwright raised in Alabama, New Mexico, and West Texas. She’s the Winner of the Southern Playwrights Competition, a Finalist at the Great Plains Theatre Conference, both a Finalist and Semi-Finalist for the Bay Area Playwrights Festival, a and a Semifinalist for The O’Neill Playwrights Conference and Princess Grace Playwriting Award. Her plays have been produced or developed by Renaissance Theaterworks, Something Marvelous (Chicago), NyLon Fusion (NYC), Teatro Vivo, Indiana Arts Commission, and published by YouthPLAYS. Kelly has a BFA in Theatre Arts from the University of New Mexico and is a member of the Dramatists Guild.
