  • Lizzy Santana: Raised for the Slaughter

Much like Orwell's "Animal Farm," this ten-minute has a lot to say in such few pages. The ending packs a heavy punch that will make you sit back in your seat and exhale. I commend Cooley for his quick wit, as well as his ability to tie such dark matter to cute little pigs.

  • Lizzy Santana: Six Hours to Sober

A romp of a play that's sure to bring entertainment to people of all ages, and perfect for those that enjoy coming-of-age comedies. I was lucky enough to see this play be born from the ground up, and what a long way it's come! Great play for young adults to perform.

  • Lizzy Santana: The Maker: A Play on Words

A transformative way to show the power of labels and how they affect us. Very creative script to display such a theme. So glad I got to see this play read at the William Inge Theatre Festival!

  • Lizzy Santana: Skeletons in the Cellar, a 10-minute play

I had a great time seeing this play read at the William Inge Theatre Festival. A captivating piece about the secrets a city will hide. Highly recommend!

  • Lizzy Santana: Sputnik

Nothing ignites the creative side of my brain more than a play about a true story! "Sputnik" sent me down a spiral of constant Googling after I saw its reading at the William Inge Theatre Festival. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys history, wrestling, and/or civil rights. A delightful ten-minute play that I can see expanding into a full length!

  • Lizzy Santana: #Blessed

I feel rather #Blessed for getting the chance to see this play read at the William Inge Theatre Festival. Such a fun and heartfelt piece about how we want our lives to appear to others. Really makes you want to take a step back and examine how we all portray our lives online.

  • Lizzy Santana: Everything In Between

Nothing hits harder for me than a story about the relationship between a parent and their child. It was a great piece tackling grief in a modern and interesting way, and I commend Mabey for their use of captivating dialogue and a strong sense of character. Loved hearing its reading at the William Inge Theatre Festival!

  • Lizzy Santana: A very different kind of truth

The non-linear style of the play kept the audience listening throughout the entirety of the piece. The play makes us question the truth, and we are so hungry to know what happened up until the very end. I am so glad I got to witness its reading at the William Inge Theatre Festival!

  • Lizzy Santana: Duet Rehearsal

This play was high-intensity in a low-intensity setting. You know from the beginning that something isn't quite right, and it leaves the audience at the edge of their seat. I thoroughly enjoyed every second, and I am so glad I got to see it at the William Inge Theatre Festival!

  • Lizzy Santana: The Matchmaker

We often don't think of our elders joining Tinder, Bumble, or Facebook Dating, but Carol decides to try her hand at the apps only to be met with some of the worst dates she could've encountered -- a 21st century woman indeed! This play is filled with humor but also has a ton of heart etched in. So glad I got to witness it at the William Inge Theatre Festival!
