Rachel Chin is an actor, playwright, and singer. She is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She is a Goodman Theatre Dramatist Exchange Alum, a Playground-Chicago Writers Pool member 2025-2026, and a William and Lee Phillip Bell Bequest Fellow at Northwestern. Her plays have been nominated for the Venturous List 2025-2027 and commissioned by The Theatre of Others, MoreLife Theatre, The Wright Stuff Festival by The Toy Factory, and the Singapore International Festival of the Arts (SIFA X). In Film/TV, she has written for the MeWATCH Interactive TV Series, Adulting. Rachel is also a founding member of the sketch comedy group, Otters United FC.
