  • MADNESS MOST DISCREET: Larry and Viv's Last Visit
    15 Feb. 2022
A love story of two legends, Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh, and a great opportunity for two actors to dive deep into the pain and longing behind a relationship. The play contains all the components--love, regret, bitterness, forgiveness, joy, and heartbreak--that human love provokes.

Every moment of this play is theatrical, smart, and a thing of beauty. Science, love, humor--it's all there in this gorgeous play about a mother and daughter who are, each in their own way, desperately seeking connection. And yes, it's a play with an actual rocket scientist! Love it.
  • She's Not There
    13 Aug. 2019
A play that uses love and dark comedy to dig deep into depression and how it affects relationships. The dialogue just zips along, and the lead characters, Anna and Rob seem perfect for each other, offering each other the hope of happiness. But Anna can’t hold back the depression that constantly haunts her, and Rob can’t bear to not be able to solve everything for her. A contemporary romance that takes on a serious issue with a lot of heart.
  • A Singular They
    23 Aug. 2018
This utterly wonderful play ranges from funny to heart-wrenching as the lead character, Burbank, tries to deal with friendship, the future, identity, but most-importantly, being an intersex person. A SINGULAR THEY raises issues that are topical--one reason to produce it--but what I love most about it is the authenticity of the voices of the characters. Each of them are beautifully rendered, multidimensional, with a full array of emotions. The playwright even dares to make them imperfect--and therefore it becomes impossible not to fall in love with them. A great play!
