  • This fascinating play immediately drew me in with its unique humor and soon left me invigorated with emotion. Hilariously written and expertly paced, Bullet is a piece which keeps the audience on its toes, unsure of where the TED Talk (it's not a TED Talk) will go next. It handles existential dread and obsessive ideation with such heartfelt honesty in a way I have never before seen in theatre. Thank you for sharing this vulnerable work and for portraying such serious traumas with respect.

  • I had the privilege to see this play read at the 2026 Valdez Theatre Conference and was thoroughly impressed by Ritter's artistry. She conjures up all the wonder, excitement, and humor of gaming culture while simultaneously telling a nuanced and heartfelt story about friendship, art, and the morality of making money from that art. I found myself laughing one moment and sympathizing passionately the next. Excellent work!

  • Such a charming and engaging script. Every character felt real and likeable despite their flaws, and I found myself rooting for them all throughout. It features lots of exciting opportunities for good-old-fashioned theatrical buffoonery and I would be thrilled to see it staged. Somehow, I actually want to try Malört now...

  • Sweet is of the most riveting and simultaneously amusing dramas I have encountered in a long time. The narrative between the countess and Jackie is expertly woven and concludes in a way which is both engaging and natural. At every turn I was invested in the lives and relationships of the characters. A fantastic, brilliantly crafted play!

  • As a lover of over-the-top melodrama, this piece left me laughing near constantly through the entire reading and left me thinking back to its jokes and laughing even in the days since. One of the most entertaining new plays I have had the privilege to witness in quite a long time.

  • C.C. Gallagher: Failing

I have never in my life been so emotionally impacted by such a short work of theatre. This piece is timely, potent, punchy, and incredibly effective at depicting the cruelty of ICE in the context of the modern American school system. I hope this piece will see many more readings in the future. Hands-down the most polished and impactful short play I have ever seen.

A wonderful exploration of queer in-fighting and fascist themes that manages to portray its issues through natural, engaging conversation. I saw this piece read at the 2026 Valdez Theatre Conference and walked out of the room full of thoughts and inspired to dig deeper into the playwright's work. Excellent job!

Very funny and highly effective, I really appreciate the heart that Gibbs has put into this piece. Jacob is one of the most sympathetic leading characters I have read in a very long time.
