  • Eric Goudie: My Daughter's a Demon!

This is a fun one, and with an unexpected twist! Really refreshing take on mental health, organized religion, and pop culture.

  • Eric Goudie: The H Twins

Haunting and beautiful. Historical fiction is a difficult genre, but this is an excellent example of what is possible with the form. Best of all, it avoids the obvious temptation to draw blunt parallels between the past and present, letting the audience make the connection in their minds, which is always more terrifying. High schools everywhere should do this play!

  • Eric Goudie: Natural

I love the way this play unfolds so... naturally... if you'll pardon the pun. Both Maggie and Erica are easy characters to root for, and despite the sibling rivalry, which could get tiresome, it feels like you could listen to these two working out their issues all night long. And it would offer a director some interesting blocking challenges in a performance - pregnancy and acupuncture!

  • Eric Goudie: The Eighty-Sixth Soul

I have to admit I wasn't sure where this one was going but then... bang! I should have seen it coming. I think this piece would look really cool in production, especially with a good costume designer. Excellent work!

  • Eric Goudie: Temper

Great take on some difficult subject matter, and the ending has a great emotional punch.

  • Eric Goudie: 99 Bottles of Beer

This play is a glimmer of hope for all who weep for what has happened to America. Bravo!

  • Eric Goudie: Nowhere is Somewhere is Everywhere

Touching and poetic. Gives voice to something that many of us struggle to define.

  • Eric Goudie: Maxine's Breakup

A great little monologue, with clever foreshadowing and an excellent conclusion!
