So much of our understanding of history is through a third party with their own ideas and biases, so who are these figures anyway? This is a hilarious look at that as these women fight over who Anne really was. Well done.

A brilliant meditation on how history often tells us more about the historian than the past. All that and laugh-out-loud funny.

This play surprised me in all the best ways. Any play with "Anne Frank" in the title is not one I expect to make me laugh out loud reading it--but that's exactly what happened. Simultaneously, I feel as though I understand my own Jewish heritage, Anne Frank, and the Holocaust more than I did before as a result of having read this thought-provoking piece.

I am over the moon in love with this play. Proof of how brilliant and vital great satire is. So many conversations to be had from what is being presented here in such a deep and hilarious way.

I unabashedly, fully, 1000% love this play. Maya has a beautiful, biting sense of humor and it's all on full display in this poignant play.
