What a lovely, understated, thoroughly character-driven holiday short! I could relate to the way Jake and Addie's resistance to celebrating the holiday was in competition with their desire to break the routine and do something special. When you're unemployed and the holiday essentially glorifies capitalism, it is even harder to make an effort to embrace the festive spirit. I adore the way these two friends manage to find joy through compromise. A sweet and unique option for holiday-themed festivals!

Times are hard when unemployed, as these two are clearly now and feel, but together, amongst their bickering, they find a way to celebrate the big day, in quite a unique way! I would love to see their tree once 'decorated' !

The holidays are a vulnerable time of the year, and these roommates find a beautiful way to create a new scenario of family. Touching, honest, and quirky, MOST WONDERFUL is a charming holiday short play.

I do agree that olives are better than beans on a Christmas tree. I also agree with so many that this is an honest, sweet tale of friendship - no matter what the day. It’s the most wonderful gift of all.

A warm and embracing Christmas play that shows us what we really value - and as always, it's our friendships. The families we choose. Perfect for the holiday season. Nice work, O'Grady!

Dental floss! Beans! Chinese take-out! All these items make one heck of a Christmas story. At its heart, a heartwarming story about the families we choose, and the friendships we nurture. A beautiful play for the holiday season or anytime. Read it, produce it!

O'Grady neatly captures the struggle of creating your own independence but still figuring out what traditions are important to you as a person. Perfect for anyone with a found family and a touch of cynicism who just can't shake the Christmas cheer.

Be grateful for the moment, appreciate the beautiful moments and each other because that's what matters in the end. Perfect for holiday fests.

Awwww, sweetness! A perfect holiday read, with warmth and humorous banter aplenty! O'Grady has such a knack for making characters we care about, right from the get-go, and who hasn't had a holiday where you're making due with what's available? This one's a gem, and would be super-fun to see onstage.
