It takes the age old question of what happened to the missing socks in the laundry and turns it into a noir mystery. And then takes that noir and spins that plot more than a dryer on high speed. SO much fun!

A hilarious noir as Jane seeks her socks and gets much more than she bargained for. Or does she? Fantastic!

Weird, wonderful, and wildly funny. McBurnette-Andronicos' creative take on noir turns the genre upside down, and the laughs are non-stop. Dizzy, and delightful.

Kelly has an ability to draw the audience to a new and interesting story in a very short amount of time. The dialogue and topic are snappy and hilarious, and this work would be a great addition to fringe, a festival or 10 minute showcase. Kelly always surprises and this was a delightful journey.

Another delight from McBurnette-Andronicos! Takes all the tropes and stylizations of film noir and applies them to a wonderfully weird and wild narrative about missing socks (something I'm sure all of us sock-wearers relate to). Well done!

What a fantastic feast of fun this play is! McBurnette-Andronicos taps into absurdity in a refreshingly funny way, I'm glad I read it and I would very much like to see it performed. Distinctly theatrical and a perfect choice for any short play festival.

Hahaha! Perfect and hilarious. Love the language, the reversals and zigzags, the ramping pressure - escalating to frothy, farcical heights. This would be SO satisfying to see onstage. A noir comedy with a sock puppet?? What's not to love?

Super funny theatrical weirdness ensues when Jane goes looking for her missing socks! I love absurdity and this short play doesn't skimp on the absurd levels to which it will go to find humor and drama! Seriously enjoyable!

It is obvious McBurnette-Andronicos loved every minute of creating "Sock Puppet Fetish Noir." There is a wealth of richly absurd moments in her dialogue, actions, and stage directions that are made even funnier by having a sock puppet as one of the leads.
