I had the opportunity to see Arianna Rose's emotionally-moving play produced in Michigan in the Playbytes By Playwrights 10-Minute Festival. The play's ability to shift moods from moments of humor, impending dread, to heart-felt grief, and finally hope is truly an impressive feat. It reads very well, and based on my experience seeing it, plays even more memorably.

So glad I found this play. It is so beautifully written, and I can't believe how much emotion and story the playwright has portrayed in a mere ten minutes. It's wonderful.

This is stellar, stunning, poetry on page that'll become pure magic on stage, breaking the fourth wall, inviting the audience, reminding them -- Nothing like family, the love and joy of belonging in a home together, despite any tension and conflict and hurtful words. You must read this. And produce it. Share it.

Absolutely wonderful play--beautiful, theatrical, haunting--and astonishing that all of what's going on here takes place in only ten minutes. Would be so powerful on stage. Loved it.

Family By Numbers is a heartrending play about family, their dynamics and the pain of loss when it comes. It is structured differently, but very effectively. A beautiful piece of writing.
