It's a strong reminder of the absurdity that governs our lives and highlights the human need to put their thoughts in some kind of order through someone else's words. Where do we look for answers about ourselves -as the author subtly wonders-? Outside of us.

This monologue reminds me of the first play I ever really *loved*, which was just a collection of FML posts assembled into a one-act. It's such a fun format that can illicit really any kind of emotion pending on how the actor interprets the materials. And, I don't know how, but Ruben Carbajal somehow captured how I've been feeling for the last...26 days?? in a series of simple Google Inquiries.

This is an inspiring monologue for playwrights whenever they are experiencing winter's block. And it's a gem for actors and directors to get the creative juices flowing to create something unexpected from found text.

Wow. Who would have thought that a collection of questions could make a person feel so much, so deeply? The way Carbajal pulls together these questions into a found monologue can truly make people feel less alone in this existence knowing how many of us wonder "why" about the same things.

My first reaction was to go and find out what the most popular google search was for today, and my second was like, damn, why do I care about that. Simple in design and yet makes you realize how attached we are to technology and connection to the world which is at our fingertips. Literally.

This is so clever! This is a brilliant monologue that is very much deep as it is humorous. Tremendous work from Ruben Carbajal!
