This play is a great excuse for two actresses to just let loose. A play that gives women permission to be loud and bold and be honest about the things they want in life. I really loved the casual dialogue in this play leading up to that killer reveal. I loved how this play brings horror elements into every day lives. This is play about the pressures put on women when all they really want is to be total monsters. This would be so fun to see produced.

A funny and truthful piece about femmes' desires to escape societally created expectations that keep us and our desires buried. Features a realistic and delightful friendship with a splash of supernatural metaphor! A fantastic piece that two actors would have so much fun diving into. Aly Kantor writes stunningly natural and intimate dialogue between two complimentary and complementary women, Jess and Bex. Their talk makes you feel like the luckiest voyeur under the moon. The plot arc and time constraint are so thrillingly subtle because the friendship is so deep. Love the line “Wet dream meets nightmare.” And the howling starts at the perfect time. Here's a play that digs into what it means to be human.

Smart and super-funny ten-minute two-hander that takes on a whole bunch of current topics in its mere and incredibly engrossing ten minutes. Would be great on stage!

In this hilarious conversation between two women waiting anxiously/hopefully for a test result, they let their frustrations, desires, and appetites (sexual and otherwise) pour forth. And, oh boy, do they pour! Aly Kantor writes amazing comic dialogue, and what a great example this is! Ice cream, cows, werewolves, and orgasms. Oh my! This play has it all!

Aly Kantor writes a delightful, surprising, and overall gorgeous play. She captures beautifully how difficult it is to be a woman and how freeing it is to give up societial expectations within a charming, funny piece. The twist at the end is pure genius. Kantor is a brilliant writer, showing her deft hand in this brilliant play. Amazing!
