This is an absolutely hilarious and equally thought-provoking play about the concept of Jewish people "replacing" white nationalists. But deeper, it also has a beautiful message about bringing up children and teaching them to hate - when instead, they can be taught to love. Morey Norkin is so incredibly clever! Every moment in this play is just *chef's kiss*

I truly loved what Norkin did with this short play. Norkin managed to take a painful, scary topic and approach it in a way that highlights just how absurd some people's belief systems can be. I wanted to follow his main character more to see what she would be up to next.

In this timely dark comedy, Norkin succeeds beautifully at the daunting challenge of battling the worst aspects of our present reality with unexpected humor, in the end leaving us with much needed hope for the future.

Well, I love this. Morey Norkin takes an awful chant and turns it into an amazing play, in which a white supremacist finds that he has, in fact, been replaced in the story of his life by a Jew. A Jewish grandma, to be precise. This short finds humor in a very unlikely place and is an absolute delight.

THE REPLACEMENT approaches a dark topic with touching humor and does so wonderfully. There is a timelessness to this timely show. There is too much hatred, too much fear, too many "Cliffords" in this world. This show is the perfect start to dealing with them. So well done.

What a great piece! Funny, sad, scary...there are so many layers to the subject matter and this play opens the door to all of them. The last line is truly perfect...Bravo!

This clever, touching play tackles serious issues with warmth and gentle humor. Norkin’s quick dialogue and cut-to-the-chase pacing will surely thrill audiences, and give his collaborators a great deal of material to mine despite the play’s brief length. I hope this reaches the audiences that so need to hear it!

This play is one to cherish! Such a difficult subject and handled so skillfully. Poignant, and funny at the same time. People will leave the theatre wanting to discuss this one.

Incredible piece! Balancing striking humor and a serious topic. I love the quick upending of Clifford when given even the slightest of pushback. It feels real in that hateful people can't deal with confrontation. I smiled multiple times while reading this and others will too!

Morey Norkin's writing never fails to make you think, ponder and appreciate. Taking a deeply serious subject matter and combining humour with blunt speech and a powerful message is no mean feat and here it succeeds in the most unique fashion. A play which works on so many levels and as a whole has enormous impact. Such clever, clever writing.
