Melissa Milich has written a deliciously dark screwball comedy with HUMAN REMAINS! All three actors in this piece have such a fun responsibility to play out an emotional roller coaster of greed, death, and absurdity. This one will be a lot of fun for each actor, the director, and the audience alike. Well done!

Melissa had my attention from beginning to end in this very comical piece. Every turn the play takes makes the couple's situation funnier than where they started and keeps you wondering how it could possibly get any worse. This will teach you to be a better person and a better neighbor to your own.

Well, this is delightful. This whimsical play rockets along and you can just tell it would be a blast to perform, let alone watch. My favorite bits are the preacher's entrance. ("Hello, captain! Did someone say speed funeral?") and the whistling that ties together all the minor characters and is a fun nod to the actor (what a fun challenge!) who plays them all. What a wild ride in only 8 pages.

When you're the type of people that even the dead want to punish, you must be some truly despicable people. Luckily Mellisa Milich is on the case and she gives them a proper comeuppance, courtesy of dear old dead Charlie. There's a lot of laughs in here (and some suffering) but let's face it, we ALL enjoy watching the crumbs of the world get theirs. This dark comic (almost Twilight Zone-esque) tale promises some great roles for older actors and a physical workout for a third.

Laughing from line one this comedy grabs you and never lets you go. There is so much wit and physical fun are packed into this short play. Melissa Milich has crafted a 10-minute winner!

Oh what greed will make people do... and not do. What a delightful physical comedy piece this short play would be on any stage. MELISSA MILCH has created an absurd gem that will delight audiences.

This is so funny! A completely bizarre situation, an hysterical running gag, and a clairvoyant corpse in a box! This is sure to be a festival favorite!

Milich's HUMAN REMAINS is a funny dark comedy farce full of irreverent humor which is stitched together with cleverly witty dialogue that makes Milich's comedic style so unique and distinct which makes for a great short play!

Quirky and absurd humor propel this cautionary tale for the greedy. Much comic gold can be spun by the actor playing all the varied subsidiary characters. It would be great fun to see this piece on its feet.

This is hysterical! With its Monty Pythonesque absurdity and off-beat, dark humor, I found myself rooting for Charlie as he cleverly attempts to outmaneuver his greedy neighbors even before keeling over in their yard. I would love to see this in action!
