Am I feeling heartburn, or has the thing in my chest grown three sizes today? This ‘Chimney Monster’ is sweet and unscary—a perfect story for those who love (and can learn from) the Christmas holiday. Delightful and fun!

Oh my heart! This is a very sweet, holiday play with a modern message about connecting with loved ones. It's so easy to hide behind our screens, and our Chimney Monster wants people to not only see them, but each other. This is an instant classic! Let's do this with puppets!

11.17.25 - Never have I wanted to see a play made into a Rankin-Bass half hour special until I read Deb Cole's CHIMNEY MONSTER. Not that I wouldn't love seeing it onstage, but this screams clunky stop motion and earworm level songs amidst the funky visuals. Deb brings the magic of Christmas home with these terrific characters and heart-warming story. A wonderful show for the kids AND the kid in you.
