I think truth is hidden in absurdity, and there's humor to be found in the ways we fail over and over again to see, hear, and understand one another-- both when we are trying our hardest, and when we are irretrievably obtuse. The rare moments when characters can finally understand a perspective other than their own, and allow it to bring a positive change to their own lives-- that is the moment I'm looking for. Along the way, I hope we all laugh a lot.
