Maggie Lou Rader tells epic stories of epic women and has won the Patty Abramson Playwrighting Award and the Notre Dame College New Play festival, She’s been finalist for the Henley Rose Playwrighting Award, the Lanford Wilson Festival, and a semi-finalist for the Eugene O’Neill National Conference, Garry Marshall Theatre Festival, and Dayton Playhouse’s Future Fest. She’s also developed her work with DePaul University, Skeleton Rep, and Utah Shakespeare Festival with her plays produced at Theatre of Cincinnati, Eclectic Full Contact Theatre, and Miami University, Stages in Houston, and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park where she’s currently a Resident Artist.
