Artistic Statement
I write fast, funny plays about people who’ve had enough — of their past, their pain, their families, their lovers, their legacy — and are finally ready to run (or limp, or leap) toward the life they know they need.
Born immobile, I’ve been making up for lost time ever since —on stage, in story, and emotionally. My work dives into memory, identity, and the ridiculous beauty of trying to outrun our childhoods – with sharp dialogue, a strong drink, and just enough emotional shrapnel to leave a scar.
