I am a theatre maker who builds theatrical events as a director, writer, choreographer / movement director and creative producer. My work as an artist is focused on the development of new plays, ensemble driven work and unusual storytelling techniques.

I see every project as an opportunity to challenge my assumptions, whether it’s my understanding of a particular piece of history or my dramaturgical approach: everything is fair game. I make plays that allow for discovery and provocation, confrontation and conversation.

As an individual, I am invested in social justice work and actively dismantling my own internal bias and racism.I am the mother of two young children and I’m deeply concerned about the world that my children will inherit as adults. My aim is to endeavor, through my art, to understand the world better, rectify how we tell and understand our collective history and to create pathways for a more holistic and just world.

I also firmly believe that every creative process needs snacks.
