A delightful romantic comedy set during the pandemic. Loved this expertly crafted cast of characters that you can't help but fall for. Things feel really hopeful in the end.

  • Shaun Leisher: The Handless King

A pitch black comedy about the importance of the written word. Loved the dialogue of this play.

I don't think I've ever seen a play like this about pet owners. It's a moving play about people so dedicated to their dogs and, even though they are never seen, it would be hard for audiences to not feel close to them too. Loved the use of choreography. Would love to see this produced one day.

  • Shaun Leisher: The Straights

Loved how this play creates it's own language. Language that was absurd at times but felt so honest for the excellently written character speaking them. A play about how people come into and leave our lives. A play filled with great monologues for anyone looking.

A stunning work of horror and satire. Somebody needs to produce this.

  • Shaun Leisher: Tenderness

Would love to see this produced someday. Loved the use of projections and sound. A play full of hope for a seemingly hopeless world. Great roles for trans actors.

  • Shaun Leisher: All I Wanna Do Is Be Pretty Like You

Loved this strong ensemble piece. A take down of the male gaze using overlapping layers of pretend and reality.

  • Shaun Leisher: Degenerates

An insightful look at a sub-culture that has been getting a lot of attention over the past few years. Really complex characters and lot of opportunities for creative sound and lighting design.

  • Shaun Leisher: Eleven Weeks of Nuclear Summer

A gripping play with well-written female characters. This play kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end.

So much I didn't know fills this play. A fascinating play about what identity and culture means to different people.
