  • Samantha Marchant: Deer In The Headlights

A fully delightful ten minute. Wonderfully paced so we truly get a sense of these teenagers, their unique situations and the satisfying ending of their budding romance.

  • Samantha Marchant: The Lost Ballad of Our Mechanical Ancestor (and the Terror the Old Gods Wrought Upon the First of Us Before the Great Liberation)

Would love to see the personification of these machines on stage. The script offers many moments to create some awesome physicality and music in the different languages. My favorites were Thermostat and Security.

  • Samantha Marchant: burnout.

The pain and pressure Noah is under is visceral and true. I'm sure it'd be a treat to stage the way scenes bleed.

  • Samantha Marchant: THIS HAPPENED ONCE AT THE ROMANCE DEPOT OFF THE 1-87 IN WESTCHESTER

I had the pleasure of watching a stream of the PWC reading of this script. I truly admire the ease of the language. I love how this story was broken up over the course of many, many days. The stories about fire were both amazing. I felt the loneliness of each and every character. Lots of laudable moments.

Chills! Well paced stories leading up to a very spooky ending. Love the setting of the well and the Genesis joke.

  • Samantha Marchant: Before You Get Married

The tension is the script is so thick and complex. Compelling and quick paced all the way through to the end. Great work!

  • Samantha Marchant: Who Put Bella In The Wych Elm?

This script takes the audience down many exciting paths as it explores the mystery of who put Bella in the wych elm and the idea of erasure. All of the sections with the egg are masterfully crafted. Would love to see on stage.

  • Samantha Marchant: MODERATION

Absolutely stunning work! The tension between the two characters and the world had me quickly turning pages. The back and forth is sharp and the ending is haunting. I'm sure to be thinking about the points made for a long time. Highly recommend!

  • Samantha Marchant: The Elephant and the Light in Claire's Suitcase

An elephant never forgets and this script will definitely linger in my mind. Haunting movement and repetition. Love all what the butterfly net could represent. Well done.
