WHAT A GEM! This hit all my buttons. It's such a lovely and tender story about the family you choose. How important that family is to shape, love, and hold us. Bravo. Gave me all the feels in a great way, and I would LOVE to see this on stage.

Had the pleasure of watching this during BAPF45 and sobbed throughout the entire piece. It is a beautiful work about grief, familial pressures and parents, children, and when you are a caregiver. Love the use of the couches and the space to tell this cathartic story.

This play has moments that absolutely gutted me. Such a taut story about the road traveled when soldiers return home carrying the ghosts of their tour. It's an engrossing piece that any actor will be proud to give life and the audience will leave questioning if the price of their freedom is too high.

Such a beautiful piece that deals with how to love someone through their pain and when you have nothing but moments snatched from the air. It's a great conversation on the magic and doubt that comes from connections made as a by product of isolation.

"Alligator Mouth, Tadpole Ass" is a cat and mouse chase that unravels family secrets. It's a play about magic, joy and looking for daddy's in all the wrong places. It's also a play about what makes family home and what happens when that home is taken away. A beautiful play and production. Thank you Theatre Rhinoceros and Julian for giving the people what we need.

UGH! MY HEART IS SO DAMN FULL! This play. Was blessed to bear witness to this wonderful work and I love the heart and realness. All of my favs in one room and it was messy and beautiful and TRUTH as a lie. BRAVO!

I had the pleasure of watching this play as part of the Panndora's Box Festival. I was blown away by the love expressed by these characters and the power of grief and love that transcends death. A beautiful work that is heartfelt and timely.

This play is witty, sharp, biting with real laugh out loud moments. "Scraps" does an incredible job of building and layering various tropes of fantasy and race and shows us what happens when we are no longer satisfied with scraps. When the play ended it left me wanting a full meal. Bravo!

This play builds like a quiet storm. Each crumb building to an explosive reckoning. It is a play about sisters, family and communication and how control when cloaked in love tools to control ones narrative about self. I was lucky enough to catch the second rendition during BAPF2020 and it did NOT disappoint!

This beautiful play deals with faith, science and friendship amongst the family you choose. It deftly maneuvers between these themes and manages to be gut wrenching yet also instill hope and faith til the very end. Bravo
