Writing is a way I make sense of the world. It is how I examine what it means to be human, to be female, to be tomboy, to be looking in from the periphery. I like to write strong female characters who are raging, sometimes quietly, sometimes dangerously, against the social constructs that have limited, defined, and diminished them.
