Darkly funny but rimmed with pain, fear, and anger, THE DAY WE SENT THE POTUS INTO SPACE is part wish-fulfillment and part facing the brutal truth: our problems were not caused by one man, and they won't be solved by his removal to Mars. Great political commentary perfectly tailored for zoom production. A must-read and a must-produce.

An absolutely gorgeous one act play about joy, living, breathing, and the judgments we make about each other. I love to see what happens when characters get trapped together, and what happens between Ameira and Demetrius is moving and romantic.

Sharai is one of my favorite playwrights, and this play is just one more reason why. THE WAITING ROOM is tender, poignant, and theatrical. Another beautiful piece from Bohannon.

This would be an extraordinary and exciting challenge for an actor to work together with an artistic team to bring this play to life. It would be fascinating to see produced.

What a stunning play -- I agree with the other recommendations: this play must be staged. An utterly unique concept with layers of meaning and conflict that go so much deeper than the surface level. I can't wait to be introduced to more of Burke's writing.

I knew from the moment I laid eyes on this play that I was going to love it, and it did not disappoint at all. I loved every moment of this short piece. It's punchy and funny, a real treat to read. I think actors would have an awesome time with this script.
