As an empty nester myself, I look back on those first years of motherhood with nostalgic emotion and the gratitude for no longer being there. Motherhood is hard work. WENDY VOGEL has captured the stress and messiness of keeping kids healthy, safe, and stimulated. LOVELY.

I have such admiration for anyone who runs... let alone anyone who runs 22 miles. ADAM RICHTER has given audiences a unique view into the mind of a runner as he/she/they question themselves, think about others, and ultimately finds the strength to see the distance. An accomplished actor would LOVE bringing this fabulous monologue to life.

So much pain. So much shame. So much denial.

Marilyn Ollett has given strong voices to not only the guilty but to those closest to the insanity - those who deep down might have known. The staging is powerful and audiences will leave discussing this family. Wonderful.

So much changes in the 30 years after high school - marriages, children, work, divorce... CHRISTOPHER SOUCY gives us two recognizable characters with regrets and maybe still a little hope for happiness. The dialogue flows beautifully and the humor is priceless.

What a fabulous collection of couples in various stages of life in one room. An idea such as COUPLE-LYMPICS has so many possibilities and under the supervision of the talented RACHEL FEENY-WILLIAMS. While not a big fan of organized sports, I would LOVE to see a few of these event become a reality. CHARMING - RECOGNIZABLE - RELEVANT!

WOW. This heart wrenching short piece by Marshall Logan Gibbs is so perfect. Whether it's gambling or cell phones, adults are missing powerful moments and setting examples that will debilitate families for generations to come. I look forward to reading more pieces from Gibbs.

Disturbing AND Hilarious! The Meat Shack is my idea of a complete nightmare. JOHN BUSSER should be the only writer allowed to write about zombies. CLASSIC.

I felt every word of this beautiful monologue. "the gentle hum of synchronicity" - what a powerful image. A seasoned actress would have a field day with such elegant prose. BRAVA.

What a poignant piece about love and loss. Grief is an odd gremlin as it plays with your mind, your memories, and your heart. Thank you, DANA for creating a piece that shows the realities of losing a loved one.... those dead and those still living.
