From adapting classic pieces to show modern (or often timeless) themes, to creating new work that highlights and/or pokes fun at where we are as a society, my goal as a writer is to flip the stereotypical narratives to show stories from the perspectives of often overlooked populations. And if I can do that while telling some hilarious, potentially off-color jokes, well, all the better!
