Kathy Rose Center

Kathy Rose Center worked 30 years for IBM as a product and software developer before beginning her second career in 2005 as an actor, on film, television and stage. She wrote her first stage play for Austin's FronteraFest short fringe festival in 2007, and is now both a screenwriter and playwright. She’s an active member of Austin ScriptWorks and Austin Writers Workshop.

    Set in the future, an elderly woman responsible for demolishing the Congress Avenue Bridge fifty years earlier, tells a magical story that helped her cope with what really happened that day.
  • BOUQUET
    When an inquisitive Old Woman confronts a Young Man who she thinks is acting suspiciously, what she mistakes for a story of unrequited love turns out to be one of unattainable forgiveness.
