My plays delve into historical aspects; where we've been, what we've learned or not, and how our pasts might mesh with the present. Giving voice to women's experience, aging and lesbian and gay lives is foundational in my plays. Original and known music, integrated sound design and the creation of a deep, intriguing atmosphere is strived for in every work. I honor rewrites, and understand that collaboration creates the whole. The ability to create, seen and unseen, is a gift.
