  • Jack Levine: Mouse

CHELSEA FRANDSEN’s short play gave me a good chuckle. This is a very nice play and will bring smiles and applause from any audience. “MOUSE” is a comedy about what two roommates can and should do to rid themselves of an unwanted ‘visitor’. You will smile and laugh while reading this wonderful play.

  • Jack Levine: The Deal - 10 Minute Play

RYAN KAMINSKI is a talented playwright, and his “THE DEAL - 10 MINUTE” play is a sci-fi worth reading. I was intrigued from the beginning of the play - so wanting to guess the ending. But, I was surprised with a nice twist and satisfying take on the consequences of a deal with the Devil. Nicely done!

  • Jack Levine: End of a Long, Long Day (a monologue)

SCOTT SICKLES has a way of putting into words deep, strong emotions. In his play, “END OF A LONG, LONG DAY (A MONOLOGUE)”, we listen to a person think to themselves out loud about their relationship and love of another person. When this person finds out the truth of what his lover is doing, a very interesting reaction ensues. I enjoyed reading this play and contemplating the ramifications of it all.

  • Jack Levine: Clasp

TOBY MALONE’s “CLASP” is a ‘right-on’ play of the strong need we as human beings have to hold one another. It’s a basic desire, which a global pandemic denies to those who wish to stay safe.

  • Jack Levine: A House by the Side of the Road

PHILIP MIDDLETON WILLIAMS is one of my favorite writers. “A HOUSE BY THE SIDE OF THE ROAD” almost seems it was my family. On family trips, my father liked to listen to his favorite team. My brother was the athlete and I was (am) the nerd. This is a sweet short play, which is a joy to read and will be a pleasure to watch performed.

  • Jack Levine: Mirrors

GINA FEMIA has written a riveting short play of the emotions, consequences, and responses to a sexual assault. In “MIRRORS”, a mother and daughter try to come to terms with the ugliness of a drunken man sexually assaulting a woman and what the outcome of this horrible event could mean to the woman and others.

  • Jack Levine: 2 Bdrm 1 Bath

JACQUELYN FLOYD-PRISKORN encapsulates the ‘transition’ of a married couple from finding those little annoying inconveniences of living together cute and lovable to the subtle changes, such as - well, I don’t want to spoil this wonderful play’s ending. I highly recommend “2 BDRM 1 BATH”. Such a nice romantic comedy!

  • Jack Levine: ALLIANCE

EMMA GOLDMAN-SHERMAN has written a thoughtful, penetrating, and relatable play on bullying. “ALLIANCE” demonstrates the power of standing up to a bully with the help of others so the bully is no longer able to pick on a helpless person.

  • Jack Levine: The Captain

KATE MCMORRAN’s play is about a thirty-year-old trying to find a way to open herself up to meaningful sex - in a most unusual way. “The Captain” expresses the anxieties many young women might feel about their own sexuality.

  • Jack Levine: The Donation

RACHEL LUAN STRAYER’s play, “The Donation”, has a simple premise until you are surprised with the reason Jael and Mickey find difficult, if not impossible, to accept a generous donation. I like the way the play handles the delicate subject of sexual abuse.
