Wow! What a phenomenally beautiful play. The dialogue is exquisite and the relationship between these sisters is so richly layered. I was in love with both of them in every moment!

In THIS PARTICULAR CREVASSE, Rex McGregor gives us the actual life and death circumstances that we always imagine major life decisions to be. Both Holly and Nick are equally convincing in their points and well matched. Their dynamic is electric! This play offers a very funny take on monumental relationship struggles. I enjoyed every bit of their journey!

There is so much at work in this short play! Great characters. Wonderfully written--I will carry so many lines of dialogue away with me. John Mabey gives us a beautiful excavation of the complexities of being human.

In this Zoom play, Adam Richter perfectly captures how we coped with life before vaccinations became widely available. It also reminds us how much we learned about our relationships and our selves. Charles delivers the most powerful line in the play, "You have to go find someone else to be lonely with." Such masterful writing! The line is incredibly specific to Charles' situation and to COVID lockdown and isolation, and yet universally human. How many humans were navigating loneliness pre-pandemic? How many are still? Although written for Zoom, this play could transition easily to stage.

Everything about this play is wonderful! The characters are distinct and well-defined, the situations are imaginative yet so true to life, the dialogue is sharp and absolutely perfect. This was a ten-minute play that flew by and kept my full attention for every second. Kudos to the playwright. This is such a great idea and so well executed. Produce this play! Your actors will love playing these characters and your audiences will love this show!

"Funny thing about grief," Dan says and Philip Middleton Williams perfectly encapsulates in this short play between brothers. The loss of a parent can bring up a lot of emotions in families including monumental rifts and chasms. Dan and Steve instead grow closer together as grief gives them the opportunity to listen, learn, empathize, and truly see each other. This turns into a tender tribute to the man who raised them to care for each other. Very beautiful, very human.

This is a strong monologue that unfortunately remains current as we approach November 2021. I appreciate how the playwright subverted my expectations of Emily, her mother, and this Zoom call. This is an incredibly layered monologue that would be a great audition piece. Definitely give it a read!

When I saw the title of this play I HOPED it was inspired by that Twitter post which has not left my mind! McClain did NOT disappoint! This play is absolutely hilarious! The playwright has done an amazing job of creating a rich world and fully developed characters that surprise and enchant. I also love the interweaving of Prince music, including the title. I would absolutely pay money to see this one staged!

I fell so completely in love with each of these characters! I appreciate the playwright's casting notes that these characters could be any age (as long as they are close in age to each other). I would love to see this play multiple times "through the ages"!

A wonderful short play featuring two great roles for women. Mullen gives us a brief meeting that continuously subverts the audience's expectations. I really enjoyed the journey that takes place in this parked car.
