I consider myself a cultural worker. I help build culture, shape culture through my work as an actor, director, playwright and poet. It is a priority for me to know and be known by the community I practice in. I am committed to including languages other than English in my work. I experience performance as community creating. I see theater as a vehicle to explore possibilities.
