  • Jennifer O'Grady: Marianas Trench (Part One of The Second World Trilogy)

This is such a beautiful play. Set in a harrowing dystopian U.S., Sickles' expertly written play feels urgent and timely despite its imagined-future setting. I love the characters and the surprising moments of humor amid all the heartache. Lingers long after reading and deserves many productions.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: The Age of Understanding or, The Character of Dad

Absolutely beautiful, painful, and completely unflinching short play about fatherhood. Gonzalez is a master playwright--if you haven't yet read his work, please do yourself a favor and read it.

  • Jennifer O'Grady: DECEPTION • WAR • RETRIBUTION

Joyful one-minute play that perfectly captures the exuberance and healthy sibling rivalry of the teen and tween years. This would be so much fun to perform and to watch!

  • Jennifer O'Grady: Good Books (one-minute play)

The beauty and wonder of books and their power to draw people together (and perhaps romantically too). Lovely!

  • Jennifer O'Grady: A DOUBT MY PLAY (10-minutes)

This is such a fun and a very funny play that explores, theatrically and with delightful surprises, the interior of a writer's mind. Would be so much fun to perform, too. Great for all audiences!

  • Jennifer O'Grady: I LOVE A PARADE, a 10-minute dystopian political drama

I love Arianna Rose's plays which are always thought-provoking, theatrical and full of emotional power. I LOVE A PARADE is a heart-wrenching and chilling dystopian play that feels shockingly real given our current political horrors, but it also feels real because Rose is such a skillful writer--in ten taut pages Rose has given us an entire world represented by the play's characters and the deeply disturbing events that have happened--and are about to happen-- to them. This is an important play for our time and I hope it sees many productions.
