  • Barbie Throws a House Party!
    17 Feb. 2021
Super-funny play that fabulously captures what Barbie and Skipper--the dolls--might sound like if they were actually hanging out together. This would be really fun on stage!
  • A Long Overdue Talk With Henry
    17 Feb. 2021
A wonderfully, darkly comic monologue that skillfully combines funny and sad and keeps us at the edge of our seats wondering what exactly is under that bucket. Terrific!
  • The Best Little Non-Denominational Winter Performance Ever
    17 Feb. 2021
A sharply satirical, timely and funny short play about religion in public schools. This would be a blast to perform and to watch!
  • 19 Excellent Reasons to Date Matthew Weaver (a monologue)
    15 Feb. 2021
I adore Matthew Weaver's metatheatricality and this monologue is no exception. It's also wonderfully brave and truthful and lovely. If you haven't yet read Weaver's plays, you should!

Lovely romantic comedy from Haas about rediscovering the past and understanding that the past is the past. Touching and charming and so well done!

Funny, sweet and very charming play about wedding jitters, differences and above all, love. Loved it!
  • The Last Great Act of Mankind
    15 Feb. 2021
Absolutely wonderful play with a fantastic combo of scary and surreal situation and two human beings alone together who need love. It's also very funny while being touching and tender and sad. Highly recommend!
  • On the Porch
    14 Feb. 2021
Lovely, moving and funny short play about aging, with two fabulous roles for female actors, and so beautifully written that I felt like I was sitting there with these two women as they navigate their conversation with each other and reveal difficult truths about themselves. Terrific!
  • Batman Vs. The Person Stealing Out of the Work Fridge
    11 Feb. 2021
I adore Hageman's Batman, who's always a wonderful and rich combo of insensitive jerky guy and vulnerable. The play is hilarious and would be such fun to perform and to see, but it also, wonderfully and smartly, uses the Batman comics to explore toxic masculinity and the sometimes-challenges of male friendship. If you haven't yet read Hageman, read this or any of her other plays and you're in for a treat.
  • Modern Art

Sharp, hilarious and truthful ten-minute play about subjectivity in art. This would be so much fun to see on stage!
