ADORABLE! A fantastic (and family friendly) short piece that takes on hard issues and still manages to make your heart melt. A LA RORO is a must read and an absolute winner for any theatre. Highly recommend.

A rich, thoughtful piece about family, language, and the walls we build around ourselves. --The extra layer that this piece gives is my own reliance to a translator-- I know some but not much and when it came time for that beautiful monologue at the end I was blown away and left a little sad knowing that I was no better than the ignorant grandchild portrayed in HOW DO YOU SAY, HOLA. Beautiful and tragic. Well done Art Por Diaz!

Poetic and oh-so haunting! SABLE will light up your world and leave you breathless. Buck has packed this play with intense characters and a world that is lovely, unforgiving, and completely unique. A joy to read but this play DESERVES to be staged. Do yourself a favor and read this play immediately.

OOooooomyGOODNESS! What a haunting piece piece of stage sci-fi! This unique virus-shaken world that Jordan has built comes together in a matter of moments and it is absolutely brilliant. A meaty play that will keep you guessing until the very end.

What a delicious piece about buried truths! The characters Jordan has created are fun, complex, and would be a blast to play. A great piece for any theatre looking to add some thriller fire to their season.

In just a snapshot, Weaver does a marvelous job of giving us a sympathetic and relateable character-- a really sweet 1-minute play that is sure to get all of the "awwwww"'s at festivals.
  • The Ride (monologue for mature actress)

I'm wiping away tears as I write this recommendation-- I love this piece. It is funny, sweet, heart breaking, and so very honest. A great story about two old friends reconnecting. Read this immediately.
  • SLEEPYHEAD: A 2-Minute Monologue Play

Exactly how my inner-demons sound-- that ending *note about cereal made me belly-laugh! A funny three-stooges type monologue that would be SO much fun to watch and/or perform. A great piece for any actor who really knows how to use their body.
  • FUCK BUDDY: THE MONOLOGUE

HAH! I LOVE THIS. I may or may not have lived this monologue... sans big foot slippers... A fantastic monologue for a festival with sexual themes, or for competition. The killer combo of being sexy and sassy.

What poetry this is! Two genuine and gentle spirits speaking to one another in paradise. The imagery and the language are juicy like those mangos-- just goodness that rolls down and sticks to your skin. This play is going to be with me for a long time. If you're looking for something that is sure to inspire you, look no further than TO WALK BY THE FIRE.
