Neiden’s a master of lulling the audience into false senses of security through brilliant structure, dark humor, and characters we relate to a bit too deeply for comfort. (Also, the roles of Blake and Lena are absolute dreams for any actor.) An incredible piece that leaves you questioning – under the wrong circumstances, who are we capable of becoming?

    Ragone is a master of turning a belly-laughing joke on page 2 into a pure gut punch on page 10. With lovable, flawed characters at the center, we beautifully dive into topics of the "right" way to grieve, parent/child relationships, and the forms acceptance takes all in 10 minutes. (With a fantastic opportunity to showcase an older actor). Absolutely brilliant.

Brilliantly pondering existentialism, the juxtaposition of love vs belief, and the ways one can be pleasured with Walrus tusks. Do yourself a favor and give it a read (or maybe a production??).

The piece is filled with rich characters who you immediately take to, exploring sexuality, gender, and overall place in the world. Senese-Grossberg has created a world that you simply long to live inside of for as long as possible. Highly, highly recommended.
