I got to see this play performed live in Livonia this past February! This is a great twist on a classic tale, but it's so fresh and fun that you almost wish Shakespeare followed suit. Burch created some lovable characters and I would love to see these two in a longer version of this script!

High school can be a crappy place, but having friends like Carlos make getting through fourth period a heck of a lot easier. Really brilliant stuff!

I was lucky enough to see this play performed live in Livonia this past February, and boy what a hoot! This play has some fantastic jokes, and the characters are so believable. These are people you want to root for. And while some of these methods may seem unorthodox, this is a very real scenario and I loved every second of this interaction!

I had the pleasure of performing the most updated version of this play with Neighborhood Theatre Group this March. Brian Cox gave us delightfully rich and complex characters to play with and allowed myself (playing Raymond) to fully jump into three very different but very awkward (hence the title of the play) scenarios that allowed me to really challenge myself as a performer. Really fun and brilliant work that leaves audiences thinking!

There is something about this play that really speaks to me. Maybe it’s the motherly love we see in Flora, the childlike innocence we see in Hurley, the rock bottom tactics of Shred, or perhaps the faith that Flora must muster up at the end. Brilliant play, brilliant characters.

A fantastic play between two woman and that any actress would be lucky to play. Really brilliant work!

Oh Christopher, what a tear jerker you give us! This is such a great examination and character study of a couple that never whites figure out the timing of their destiny, but the experiences we get to follow show us everything we need to understand the persistence of love and people.

A touching romantic comedy that showcases that beauty of reality and love. Moss delivers with a great premise, inspiring characters, and a heartwarming ending.

Debra A. Cole is a brilliant playwright that delivers masterpiece after masterpiece. This play is no exceptional to her long streak of plays that grab your attention and keep you reading til the last piece of dialogue. Bravo, Deb!
