"Positively lickable." That's one of many great lines from the goddess Aphrodite that graces the page and stage. The character, the play, everything about it is positively lickable. Sex positivity, polyamory, every kind of hookup imaginable is explored in this one-woman show that creates an intimacy through imagery and humor with the audience. Also it's a great revisit of the Greek myths from HS. Maybe, I hope, some pairs in the audience make out and answer the goddess's questions about sex. Probably the sexiest play on NPX.

A beautiful monologue to the camera about discovering quiet and peace and being creative. Another winning mini one-person show.

This will be a fun time at the theatre for kids in the audience and kids performing or adults performing for kids. I'd love to see all the costumes and makeup and the scenery come to life with this playful spin on a fairy tale.

Maya is a wonderfully complex woman who came into the world through tragedy and ends up a survivor. She is a survivor through her values, her truth. A great role for a senior actor.

Ooooo I love this. This is definitely one of my top five monologues on NPX. An actor would have so much fun bringing this character to life. Bouncy, energetic, with a lot of heart. And pain. Don't dismiss her as superficial. Listen. You will see yourself in her, yourself during pandemic.
