A stunning family drama that broke my heart and pieced it back together again. Necessary, wonderful and funny, I cannot wait to see this play produced far and wide.

A beautiful play that explores mythology, family and ourselves. Sometimes told through metaphor deeply rooted in reality, sometimes breaking our perceptions of what should be to allow in what is, this play is timely and necessary. Recommended with all my heart.

This play is the most powerful type of sci-fi, where the fiction in the story feels like a reality of our times. Amy has created a story that embraces the inevitability of our future and has entwined it all within a huge beating heart. A gorgeous meditation on family and colonization, highly recommended.

SO GLAD I had the chance to see a reading of this astounding play - Matt's play is unflinching in its honesty, deeply moving and funny. Most impressive is his ability to juggle a period piece with Shakespearean references and still be able to make it feel as fresh and current as anything set in modern day. I encourage theaters to produce this play because it's the one we need now.

Wow, what a beautiful and terrifying play. Astounded at how River is able to tell a truly scary story that contains such a deep undercurrent of humanity. Contains one of the most beautiful scenes between two people that I've read in a long time. Highly recommend this play.
