Finally! We now know how Santa does all those deliveries in one night! This is cute short play certain to please kids of all ages. I love the use of time period references - funny. This is a little bundle of holiday cheer.

Not what I expected upon reading the title - but much better. Re-Gifted by DC Cathro takes us to a place where grief and hope intersect. He does it with care and compassion - infusing his characters with raw emotion where the need to protect conflicts with the need to connect. Beautifully written short.

Family dynamics are always interesting because they can be complex - even more so when there is a blended family involved. Ratchet this natural tension up a little with divorce and forced separation (following years of forced cohabitating) and you have Sam Heyman's The Divorce Reunion. Well-crafted with reveals at just the right time, this short is certain to please audiences. Heartfelt and honestly-portrayed characters drive the narrative. Wonderful.

This short absurdist piece by John Patrick Bray kind of reminds me of Sam Shephard's COWBOYS #2. It's a wonderfully weird piece of world-building that relies on outrageous characters in a familiar city setting. It's also infused with high-stakes drama. Creative, interesting and so much theatrical fun to be had by actors and audiences alike! I would love to see this staged.

Beautifully written monologue. Caution - reading this will make you stop thinking about your daily routine to remember your missing loved ones. It's sometimes somber, sometimes angry and sometimes self-pitying - just like grief. It's a love letter to the pain we feel with each parting. And in the end - there's acknowledgement of a path to own it and move on. So very well done.

Intelligently written short dealing with time travel using a unique interesting premise. Nice twist at the end. If you’re a fan of well-written intriguing dialogue, you’ll like this. If you’re a fan of the Twilight Zone, you’ll love this. If you like baseball - especially the Cubs, this will blow your mind. Smart fun!

This short is a warm hug from your furry family members. Absolutely heart-warming. Weaver gifts us a wish in this fantasy treatment showing us the afterlife of our deceased pets. Comforting.

Beautifully crafted short dealing with the first holiday following the passing of a loved one. The relationship between the science-fiction writer and his daughter is wonderfully established and the dialogue flows naturally. The emotions felt by the audience will be well-earned by Baughfman. Very well done.

Brilliant comedy with layers - anxiety over relationships, aging and friendship are all addressed with laughter. This short one-act is certain to be produced multiple times. So much fun - especially when an unexpected visitor appears. Absolutely love this piece.

Really interesting and funny short that will make audiences think. Through an absurd premise, we're treated to a scenario with life and death consequences. Is there truly cause for action and how much political risk is too much to chance a decision? Fascinating and well done.
